On January 6, 2022, the annual meeting of FUMEI sales department came as scheduled. All the sales, marketing and R&D personnel gathered in the newly established Shanghai office. Addison Chung, General Manager of Fumei Chemicals (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. presided over the meeting and made a detailed review and summary of the sales performance in 2021, the wax sales for personal care increased by more than 60% year-on-year. Addison affirmed and encouraged the hard work of all sales staff, and also made sales goal and plans for 2022.
After the meeting, the R&D engineers of the lab led all the sales staff to visit the Technology & Innovation Center, introduced the functions and how to use various instruments, and showed us how to make lip balm in detail.
During the annual meeting, the company also organized everyone to participate in outdoor expansion activities, including talent show, group PK, self-service barbecue by the lake, kayaking competition, and the most meaningful tree planting. From digging, planting, soil filling and watering, everyone has witnessed the birth of new life, realizing that Fumei’s development concept is just like this tree, constantly taking root down and laying a solid foundation (standard quality), absorbing sunlight and rain (creative innovation), so as to thrive and grow into a towering tree.
