Thank you for your continued support! To adapt to the needs of market and company development and reshape the brand image, from July 17, 2024, our company name was changed from “Henan Fumei Bio-technology Co., Ltd.” to “Fumei Lipid Chemicals (Henan) Co., Ltd.”
For a smooth transition, the specific matters are hereby notified as follows:
1.Except for the change of the company name, the operating entity, ownership and legal relationship remain unchanged, the contract signed in the name of the original company remains valid, and the original business relationship and service commitment remain unchanged. The changed bank account information shall be subject to the subsequent contract and invoicing information.
2.This name change only involves Henan Fumei Bio-technology Co., Ltd., and does not involve its wholly-owned subsidiary Fumei Chemicals (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The legal entity, operating entity, transaction information, business relationships, etc. of Fumei Chemicals (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. remain unchanged.
3.The company Logo “FUMEIPHARM” was also changed to “FUMEI” accordingly.
4.The new company name and logo will be used from today and will be officially applied to all official documents and all business activities.
