On January 18, 2019, the registration of Fumei’s microcrystalline wax as pharmaceutical excipient was publicized by Center for Drug Evaluation of National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) with registration number F20180001517.
Fumei is currently the only manufacturer of microcrystalline wax pharmaceutical excipient registered by the State Drug Administration, which is of positive significance in filling the gap in the domestic pharmaceutical excipients market.
So far, Fumei’s 3 products have been registered as pharmaceutical excipients, namely white beeswax, paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax.
