To enrich employees’ cultural life and increase team cohesion, Fumei factory organized employees to carry out a two-day outdoor tour from September 8th to 9th.
On the morning of the 8th, all the participating employees took a bus to Laojun Mountain located in Luanchuan County, Luoyang. The first day’s activity is to visit the Dream Chasing Valley, where there are abundant water and grass, lush forests and bamboo. Everyone enjoyed the natural scenery, they felt happy and relaxed, and their laughter filled the whole valley.
The next day was to climb the mountain, during the climbing, everyone helped and encouraged each other and united together to successfully achieved the main peak of Funiu Mountain at an altitude of 2,217 meters. Everyone was exhausted but happy. This mountain climbing not only made employees get close to nature to release work pressure, but also exercised their body, temper their will, and enhance their sense of teamwork and cohesion.
Through this team-building activity, everyone had a happy time to get close to the nature, to relax themselves from their intense work. And at the same time, this activity can strengthens the communication between colleagues, and enhances the cohesion of the enterprise, so that everyone can devote themselves to work with more enthusiasm.
