Mono- and Di-glycerides
Mono- and di-glycerides is a mixture of mono-,di-,tri-stearic acid and palmitic acid, which is very soluble in ethanol at 60°C and almost insoluble in water.
Fumei’s mono- and di-glycerides is white, odorless and tasteless, we can supply three grades with different stearic acid contents. mono- and di-glycerides has moderate melting point, which can be used as lipid carrier and release regulator.
